After finishing second in the 2002 World Rally Championship, Petter Solberg was regarded as one of the favourites entering the 2003 season. He didn’t disappoint. With four race victories to his name in the Cyprus Rally, Rally Australia, Tour de Corse and the Wales Rally GB, Sollberg secured the Drivers’ Championship with the help of co-driver Phil Mills.
